Terms and Conditions f8beet – Rules & Guidelines Platform User

1Acceptance of Terms

Use of the f8beet platform is subject to these Terms and Conditions and all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

F8beet reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the f8beet platform.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation.
• You must provide information that is accurate, complete and up to date during registration.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required to activate deposits and withdrawals. Accepted documents include MyKad, passport, and a recent utility bill.
• f8beet reserves the right to reject registration applications without providing any reason.

3User Account

You are solely responsible for keeping your f8beet account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. Any activity that occurs within your account is your own responsibility.

• Use a strong and unique password for your f8beet account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Report immediately to f8beet support if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• f8beet shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

• All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• The minimum deposit is MYR 10. The minimum withdrawal amount is as stated on the account management page.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account in the same member's name with the f8beet account. No withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The withdrawal processing time is typically 5–30 minutes after the application is submitted for accounts that have completed KYC.
• f8beet reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving large withdrawal amounts.
• Any attempt to profit from exchange rate discrepancies or exploit the payment system will result in account freezing.

5Bonuses & Promotions

F8beet offers a wide range of promotions and bonuses for both new and existing members. Each offer is subject to specific terms and limits as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

• All bonuses come with rollover requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is allowed.
• Each promotion has validity period varies. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Each member is only eligible for one welcome bonus. Creating duplicate accounts to obtain additional bonuses constitutes fraud.
• f8beet reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through unauthorized means or fraud.
• Promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time by f8beet without prior notice.

6Sports Betting Rules

• All bets that have been confirmed are final and cannot be changed except through the available Cash Out feature.
• If a match is postponed and resumes within the specified period, bets remain valid. If it is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• In the event errors in odds display, f8beet reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the member's account.
• Bets placed after a match has started unintentionally due to a technical disruption may be voided by f8beet.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by sport and league. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

7Bingo & Other Games

The f8beet bingo section offers a variety of game formats with different ticket prices. Specific rules for each bingo room will be displayed before the player enters the room.

• Bingo winnings are credited automatic to the player's wallet once verified by the system.
• In the event of technical disruptions during a bingo session, f8beet will take fair action based on the recorded game data.
• Bingo cumulative jackpots are recorded by the system and all jackpot results are final.
• Purchased bingo tickets cannot be transferred or refunded except under specific technical circumstances.

8Prohibited Conduct

F8beet takes a zero-tolerance approach to unethical conduct and fraud on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of bots, automated software, or any technical means to exploit the platform.
• Identity fraud or using another person's personal information to register.
• Money laundering or using the f8beet platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Player collusion in betting or bingo games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting promotions through unintended means, such as opening multiple accounts or making repeated withdrawals without genuine wagering activity.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the operations of the f8beet system.

9Account Termination & Suspension

• Members may close their own account at any time by contacting f8beet customer support.
• f8beet reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member who violates these Terms without prior notice.
• Upon termination, any valid account balance (subject to investigation) will be returned to the member once the verification process is complete.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees as specified in the inactive account policy.

10Liability Limit

F8beet shall not be liable for any indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of the platform. f8beet's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the member's most recent deposit.

11Privacy & Data Protection

F8beet takes the protection of members' personal data seriously. All information collected during registration and platform use is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties and is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

• All data is transmitted via 256-bit SSL encryption.
• KYC information is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel.
• Members are entitled to request a copy of their personal data or apply for data deletion, subject to legal requirements.

12Terms Amendment

F8beet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official website. We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or the registered email address.

Continued use of the f8beet platform after any amendment to the Terms means you accept and agree to the amended Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account.
